1964-5 Hagstrom I – Black – #610490

This Black Hagström I is in very good condition. All the controls work and it sounds great! The vinyl is in nice shape without tears, but shows some folds and puckering around the edges. The top is solid and has only minor superficial cracking and scratches. In the photos you can see a crack from the control plate to the “swimming pool” grid. There is cracking at the jack as well, but there is no weakness here. There are some dings in the back of the neck and the fingerboard looks as if it has been re-fretted, so that is cool. All in all, this guitar has made it to age 57 with only minor injuries and wear. I think it looks sharp with the black/white/silver “Tuxedo” color scheme.
